  • Most couples work with one person for therapy; we provide two. Our duo-led approach offers a balanced perspective from both a clinical and strategic lens. As a married team, we combine professional expertise with lived experience to help you address both the "why" and the "how" of your relationship.


  • Absolutely. While we specialize in relational health, the most important relationship is the one you have with yourself. We offer individual sessions focused on emotional clarity, self-advocacy, and personal transitions to help you navigate life’s shifts with confidence.

  • We balance our clinical recommendations with your personal availability. Most clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions to build momentum. As you grow, we’ll reassess your needs together; many long-term clients eventually shift to monthly maintenance sessions to stay aligned.


  • Yes. Insurance is accepted for therapy clients living in Minnesota and Texas. If you live outside of these states, coaching services are available nationwide.
